Description
Natural indochinite tektite tumblestone supplied with an information card. These fascinating natural glass formations were created when a meteorite impact melted terrestrial material and scattered it across Southeast Asia around 790,000 years ago.
Each tektite features a naturally textured surface with dark charcoal to black colouring and distinctive pitted markings formed during atmospheric flight. Their unique extraterrestrial origin makes them popular with collectors, crystal enthusiasts and lovers of unusual natural history specimens.
Approximate size: 30–40mm.
Often associated with grounding, transformation and cosmic energy, tektites are prized for meditation, spiritual work, crystal grids and display collections.
As these are natural specimens, each piece will vary in shape, texture, colour and surface markings.
