Rockshop Online - Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed with Rockshop Online. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Orders
We accept orders by any of the following methods:

Cancelled Orders after payment may incur a handling fee.
Import Duties & Tax
If your delivery address is outside of the mainland UK, you may be required to pay import duties before you can take delivery of your order. We do not have any control over these charges, and we cannot advise on their amount. We are unable to notify of you of any import cost during the checkout process as these vary between countries. It is your responsibility to pay any additional import duties and taxes.
To find out if your order will be subject to additional import duties please contact your local customs office and ask for a 'landed cost estimate' before placing your order.
VAT
The displayed website prices exclude VAT. For all UK customers, VAT is added at the checkout at the current rate. All other customers are exempt from VAT. Please note that some products, such as books, are exempt from VAT.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Rockshop Online until paid for in full.
Sizing & Stone Colour
Please note that all stipulated size measurements are approximations and meant as a guideline only. Please also note that our products are made of natural materials each piece is individual and stone colouring may vary slightly within stocks.
