Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Rockshop Online.

If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind, you can send it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are not accepted for earrings.

Please ensure that the items are suitably packed to prevent damage.

 

Returning Damaged or Faulty Products

Any discrepancies, errors or concerns must be reported within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item. Unfortunately, we will be unable to address or rectify any issues raised after this 14-day period. Please use the Contact Form to let us know that you intend to return a damaged item.

The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the items are damaged or faulty.
