Healing - Aventurine is associated with optimism, wellbeing and opportunity. It is often used to support confidence and positive outlook.

Geology - Aventurine is a variety of quartz containing small mineral inclusions, commonly mica or fuchsite, which create its sparkling effect.

Characteristics - Most commonly green, it displays a gentle shimmering effect known as aventurescence and usually has a smooth polished surface.
